There was a mistake in my address or telephone number.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice that you entered an incorrect address. If the order has already started shipping we can’t find the package back to us or issue a refund for your order. Please double-check when checkout.

The shipment status says delivered, but I haven’t received my order.

Are duties and taxes included in international shipping fees?

Our shipping fees do not include duty or taxes for orders outside the U.S., and we do not collect or process them. You are responsible for paying any taxes applicable when the package enters your country.
