Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging and have a packing slip or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We can provide a prepaid return label for U.S. shipments only, and the return shipping cost of $5.99 will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges on orders- if you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

How to return

• We will send you instructions and a prepaid return label(U.S. shipment only) via email within 24 hours. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if you use the label. You can use your method of shipping to return the item, contact us for a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive your return package, we will notify you of the refund status after inspecting the item. (Items that do not meet the clean, and unworn condition are not eligible for a refund and will be discarded.)

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. We aim to refund you within 10 days of receiving the returned item in our location. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
