Exchanges are not available on orders – we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order.

Do you offer international express shipping?

The shipment status says delivered, but I haven’t received my order.
We understand that it could be frustrating if you don’t receive your order on time. It’s possible that the shipping carriers will update the status before their actual delivery date, so please allow one more day for delivery. You can contact us or the shipping carrier for more information. Upon contacting the shipping carrier directly, they will assist you in locating the package or redelivering it.

There is an issue with my shipment process.
Please contact us if you’re experiencing any issues with the shipping. If you enter the incorrect address, and the order has already started shipping we can’t find the package back to us or issue a refund for your order. Please double-check when checkout, and let us know as soon as possible if you notice that you entered an incorrect address.
Are duties and taxes included in international shipping fees?
Our shipping fees do not include duty or taxes for orders outside the U.S., and we do not collect or process them. You are responsible for paying any taxes applicable when the package enters your country.
