Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Wilshire Goods Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Affiliate Program Enrollment

To participate in our affiliate program, you must complete the registration process and be approved. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Commissions

• You will earn a commission of 10% on every qualifying purchase made through your unique affiliate link or associated discount code.
• Commissions are only earned on successful transactions and will not be paid on refunds or chargebacks.
• Maximum Commission: The maximum commission you can earn on a single order is capped at $20.
  
• Commissions are calculated based on the net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).

3. Payment

• Payouts are made monthly via PayPal. Bank transfers are available to U.S. affiliates only.
• You can request a payout once your commissions reach the minimum threshold of $25.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. We are not liable for delayed or missing payments due to incorrect information.

4. Affiliate Link Usage

• You must use your unique affiliate link or associated discount code when promoting our products. You may share your link on websites, blogs, social media, or via direct messages to your audience.
• Any form of spamming or misleading promotion will result in the termination of your affiliate account.

5. Discount for Your Audience

• Your audience will receive a 10% discount when they make a purchase through your affiliate link or discount code. This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specified otherwise.

6. Reporting

• You will have access to an affiliate dashboard where you can track your clicks, conversions, and commissions in real time.
• It is your responsibility to monitor your performance and ensure your links are working properly.

7. Affiliate Code of Conduct

• Affiliates must represent Wilshire Goods in a positive light and be truthful in their promotions.
• Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any behavior that could harm our brand’s reputation, such as fake reviews or false advertising.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines for affiliate marketing and disclosures.

8. Termination

• You may terminate your affiliate participation at any time by contacting us.
• We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account for violations of these terms or any behavior that we deem harmful to our brand.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through their affiliate dashboard.

10. Program Duration and Termination

• The Wilshire Goods Affiliate Program will run indefinitely unless we decide to terminate it. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time, for any reason, with reasonable notice to affiliates.
• In the event of termination, commissions earned prior to the program’s end will still be paid out, provided they meet the minimum payout threshold.
